Always busy and always delightful. The food is perfect and the wine list is a treasure. Even the bar requires a reservation on Saturday night. Great people watching in Boston's Southend.

Order the TBS Burger. It’s not always on the menu but they’ll still make it. Top notch cheeseburger with gruyere, caramelized onions, bacon, and pickles. Plus, it’s served with a salad, not fries.

Amazing service & food. The lemon curd dessert might be one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. Get a reservation if you can, and try the hot dog a la maison, charcuterie plate and steak tartar.

By far my favorite place all week! The charcuterie was amazing, as were the frommage we picked to go with. Great little wine list. And the service was outstanding - very friendly and knowledgeable

Inspired by travels throughout France and Italy, celeb chef Barbara Lynch’s famed boucherie gives diners a first-hand look (and taste) at her signature modern rendition of the Old World art.

When chef Barbara Lynch opened this South End boîte, she proved that slabs of fat-streaked, air-cured meats and stylish Bostonians make an excellent, if unlikely, pairing. Check the stellar wine list.

Wonderful assortment of meats and cheeses. Ask your waiter for a mix of cheeses that pairs your wine selection. Personal favorites: Heinrich Red, Petit Jesus, Sopressata and Le Drean cheese

Chef Barbara Lynch's Butcher Shop really is a Butcher shop in addition to being a restaurant. Influences are continental, which is why there is a hot dog a la maison. [Eater 38 Member]

If you don't come try this place out on restaurant week - you are crazy! The food is absolutely fabulous (as all barbara lynch ventures), the gastro pub's wine list is superb! Buy prosciutto here too!

Part wine bar, part upscale butcher shop. This is the last place to bring your vegan friends. Meat lovers, however, will be in heaven.

Relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere, with absolutely top quality food and wine. Staff are knowledgeable, but friendly. This place is a must-visit!

Excellent meat dishes and cozy atmosphere. Staff was a bit hostile-only bad part about it. Get the ribeye and a charcuterie board!

Part restaurant, part full-service butcher shop. Great wine selection and food. Try their steak tartare and/or gourmet hot dog.

Amazing charcuterie and pate--get enough to share with your table. Dessert was ok, but might consider looking elsewhere in the South End for something sweet.

The coulotte cut was amazing. Get the fingerling potatoes and make sure you try the raw honey they give you with soda bread to start.

The gazpacho was awesome. This is definitely a place where you can go for just a drink with friends or to have a hearty meal.

Love this place. They serve some of the best selections of charcuterie and wine. Great place for dates and girls night out!

Grande charcuterie was enough to fill up four adults and the desserts were good, try the strawberry tart.

Try the Spicy Tomato Soup With Ricotta, Aged Basalmic And Toast. - I don't make tomato soup in California. But it is perfect on a cool Boston afternoon.

Great for a pre-dinner drink and some tiny bites. Standing around the one table with friends is fun. Good atmosphere. Wasn't impressed with my meat dinner here.

Great wine list. Very friendly servers. Special duck duet was underwhelming however the proccuito sausage was delicious!

Wine Director Cat Silrie handpicks the wines and can suggest the perfect pairing to go with the housemade patés, terrines, sausages, and rilletes.

Must gets: tagliatelle, steak tartare, and charcuterie per person. You won't be disappointed!

Restaurant week tip: the pork belly is more tasty than the steak (though the steak is pretty good)

We ordered the burger, which I don't think is listed on the menu. It was delish and the bartender was quite friendly

Epic. Steak was awesome. Get the cured meats as an appetizer, ridiculously awesome. Who knew.

Go straight to the prime rib. Creamy through and through. Pro tip: Get a window seat for maximum people watching.
